At InStrips, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you — no questions asked.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not fully satisfied with any InStrips product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price.

Eligible Returns:
Unopened and unused items can also be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items:
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Important:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
